Human Resource Management .

Robert Moore brings over 15 year of experience as a professional and executive recruiter to his agency. He has been involved in all aspect of the human resource management. He served as chairman of EEO Advisory Committees to the Director of the U.S. Marshal Service, chairman and hearing officer of the Springfield, Illinois Civil Service Commissions and chairman and hearing officer of the disciplinary review committee for the Jackson, MS. Police Department.

Executive Staffing Experience.

In addition to this recruitment, advisory, and personnel experience, Mr. Moore has 26 years of experience in staffing agency where he served as CEO or Senior Executive. The key to his successffil 36 year law enforcement career, was his ability to recruit minority police officers, mobilize communities to fight crime and quickly choose an inter circle of executives to help him manage agencies where he was recruited to provide leadership.

Law Enforcement Experience.

Prior to establishing Robert Moore & Associates in 1990, Mr. Moore served as a deputy sheriff, EEO Director/Minority Police Recruiter for the Illinois State Police, Deputy Chief of Police Savannah GA. and as Deputy Director and Chief of Internal affairs for a state agency. After suspending the recruitment operations, Mr. Moore served as a Presidential appointed U. S. Marshal and as Chief of Police of Jackson Mississippi.

National Model for Minority Recruiting .

While managing the recruitment program for the state police agency, Mr. Moore became known as one of the leading recruiters and affirmative action officers in the nation. His manuscript entitled Strategies for increasing Black Police Executives: was published nationwide by the Department of Justice in the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. His works became a national model for recruiting and promoting minority and female police officers. He would later write his master thesis on the subject of Adverse Impact in the Performance Evaluation Systems used by his department.

Call to National Duty, U.S. Marshal Service .

Following four successful years of operating Moore and associates on part time, basics Mr. Moore would close the agency in 1994 to serve his country as a Presidential appointed United States Marshal and later the state of Mississippi as Chief of Police of a large police department in the state. Mr. Moore received two distinguished service awards from the U.S. Marshal Service for his work as chairman of the EEO Advisory committee and for the management of his district.

Agency Clientele .

Through Robert Moore & Associates, Mr. Moore had been called upon to recruit executives for a municipalities, a not for profit agency, a banks and numerous professional and technical persons for an insurance company. He is presently subcontracting with the Illinois Association of Chief of Police to assist the with the recruitment and selection of a Chief of Police for a municipality.

Academic Qualifications .

Mr. Moore received his Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and his Masters in Public Administration from the University of Illinois, at Springfield.
